FAQ’S
Q: How do I purchase tickets? 
A: All tickets can be purchased at Selfie Land Fresno in Riverpark.

Q: Is there a time limit? When should I arrive for my session? 
A: Each session is 1 hour. Your session will end at exactly 1 hour from the scheduled time regardless of what time you arrived. You can leave anytime before your 1 hour session ends but this will complete your session.

Q: Are my Sessions Private? 
A: Unfortunately no. All sessions have multiple bookings unless you book the entire studio. If you would like to book a private session email us at: Info@myselfieland.com to be contacted by one of our Selfie Experts.

Q: Can I bring my professional camera? 
A: Yes… All customers using a professional camera will be charged a $50 fee plus general adult admission for each model or models being photographed.


Q: Do you offer discounts for big groups? Any Military Discounts?
A: Yes! Groups of 10 or more receive a 20% discount. Active Military receive $5 off w/ ID.

Q: Are you kid friendly? 
A: Yes! Selfie Land is perfect for kids of ALL ages.
 
Q: Can I leave my kids by themselves? 
A: Kids 12+ can be left alone but unfortunately kids under 12 yrs need to have a parent present at all times. For every 3 kids (Under 12 yrs old ) 1 adult is required to supervise. This is not a day care and you are responsible if anything gets damaged or broken. Please be respectful of our space. 

Q: What's your cancellation policy?
 A: All Ticket Sales Are Final And No Refunds. 

Q: Do you have a changing room? 
A: Yes, However our changing room is only available for booked private sessions.

Q: Do I need a ticket even if I’m not taking pictures? 
A: Yes. Everyone has to have a valid purchased ticket to gain 
admission inside the Studio. 

Q: Can I bring my pet? 
A: Yes! We are pet friendly! Please note all animals must be on a leash and with its owner at all times. Any pet accidents must be cleaned and sanitized immediately by its owner inside the studio.

Q: Can I eat or bring outside food or drinks inside studio?
A: No eating, Drinking or outside food & beverages is allowed inside studio.
